Refund and Return Policy

At Systems X, we value long-term partnerships with our clients. We offer the following refund and cancellation terms for our services:
  • Annual Services: Most services are contracted on an annual basis, and refunds are not available for services rendered or partially completed during the contracted term.

  • VoIP and Hosting Services: Cancellations for VoIP and hosting services must be made 30 days prior to the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal charges. If services are canceled mid-term, you will still be liable for the full contracted amount.

  • Software Resell Services: For software licenses purchased through us, all sales are final upon activation of the license. Cancellation of licenses follows the terms set by the original software vendor.

  • IT Managed Services: Managed service agreements are annual and renew automatically unless canceled 60 days before the renewal date. Partial refunds for mid-term cancellations will not be provided.

Service Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver seamless and efficient services in the following areas:
  • VoIP Services: VoIP services will be provisioned within 5-7 business days after contract approval and setup requirements are completed. Service activation details will be provided upon completion.

  • Hosting Services: Hosting accounts will be activated within 48 hours after payment confirmation. Access credentials and relevant onboarding information will be sent to your registered email.

  • Software Resell Services: Software licenses will be delivered digitally within 24-48 hours of purchase and activation will follow the vendor’s timeline and processes.

  • IT Managed Services: Once your managed services agreement is signed, onboarding will begin immediately. The full service will be activated as per the agreed-upon service level agreement (SLA).

 

Cancellation Terms

  • VoIP and Hosting Services: Cancellations can be requested in writing via customercare@systems-x.com. For cancellations within the annual term, services will continue until the end of the contract term, with no refund provided.

  • Managed Services and Software Resell Services: Managed services must be canceled 60 days before renewal to avoid automatic renewal. Software purchases are final and cannot be canceled once activated.

 

Legal or Export Restrictions

Certain software and VoIP services may be subject to legal or export restrictions, depending on the country or region. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with any applicable local laws.
